| 2008 BLACKTOWN BUSINESS EXPO
TUESDAY 9 SEPTEMBER 2008 BOWMAN HALL BLACKTOWN CBD - 12 TO 6pm
Blacktown City Council were pleased to present the 2008 Blacktown Business Expo at Bowman Hall, Campbell Street Blacktown. Expo Edge, a Sydney based event management company, once again successfully delivered a well run vibrant expo for the second year. After the success of the inaugural Expo, the exhibitors were eager to display their products and services and this year the added feature of a Community Display area where local charities and not-for-profit organisations showcased their goods and services to the local business community was a huge success. An added attraction was the arrival of the Sports Stars who have the exclusive use of the Australian Olympic torch. They certainly added a bit of fun to the day as they took photos with all the exhibitors. Hospitality students from a local High School, Mitchell High, worked hard all day in the Coffee Shop supplying coffees to exhibitors and visitors - a great asset to the expo! |
